CallInbound provides call tracking, recording, voicemail, and transcription features. You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of these features complies with applicable federal and state call recording laws. Some states require one-party consent while others require two-party consent. We offer features such as call announcements to support compliance, but it is your duty to configure your account properly and obtain necessary permissions before recording or transcribing any calls.

Intellectual Property

CallInbound and its licensors retain all ownership and intellectual property rights to the Services, including the website, software, designs, trademarks, and all related content. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services as intended. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works based on the Services without written permission.

Service Modifications and Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services (in whole or in part) at any time, with or without notice. We may also suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms or use the Services in a way that could harm CallInbound or other users. Upon termination, your license to use the Services ends immediately.

Our total liability for any claim under these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising out of or relating to the Services or these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hennepin County, Minnesota. You consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
